ResPotNet @ Euroscience Mediterranean Event & OPEN DAYS 2009
The ResPotNet Partner Search Facilitator and the other services provided by the "Research Potential" National Contact Points were presented at two big European events: the Euroscience Mediterranean Event (ESME) and the Open Days 2009.
ESME 2009 was organized on 15-19 October 2009, in Athens. It included a series of events, dedicated to scientific research and innovation, and provided a platform for dialogue on science and technology, society and policy. ResPotNet was presented on 18 October, under the section "Science and Innovation". The Network was also presented at the OPEN DAYS 2009 "European Week of Regions and Cities", on 5-8 October, in Brussels. With more than 6,000 participants from around 40 countries, the event brought together politicians, practitioners, academics and representatives from businesses, banks and civil society organizations for exchange and networking on local and regional issues.
